13 students of the Department of Painting, Academy of Arts, under my mentorship, prepared a project for the interactive exhibition "Deeya".
The exhibition consisted of 13 self-portraits with large dimensions of 110x130 cm, a one-space installation, a light installation, a performance and music points, which were presented for the first time in Sarajevo.
The group exhibition is based on presenting an innovative approach to art, which integrates different types of visual and performing arts through interaction with the audience. The exhibition is entirely conceptual, and aimed to achieve collective and individual acceptance and integration of all layers of the psyche of artists and observers. As part of the same concept, the exhibition brought together all three academies in Sarajevo, such that the event had characteristics of a complete fusion of different types of artistic expression, and presented young artistic potential within the country.
